Hi, I’m Becca, founder of Virtually Becca and mum of two young children.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked across childcare, education, operations, administration, recruitment and HR, progressing into senior roles where organisation, communication and attention to detail were essential.

I’ve managed teams, supported day-to-day operations, coordinated recruitment and onboarding, worked with families and clients, and built systems and processes to help businesses run more effectively. I’ve always enjoyed the behind-the-scenes side of business — bringing structure to busy environments and finding practical ways to make things work better.

Now, as a business owner myself, I understand the reality of having a never-ending to-do list and trying to keep everything moving. That’s why I created Virtually Becca: to provide the kind of reliable, practical support that gives business owners back their time and headspace.
